Congrats to NAIT alumnus and Top 40 Under 40 recipient Steven Brochu (Culinary Arts ‘06) on being recognized by Edify for your outstanding achievements!
From a young age, Steven was fascinated by the connection between family and food. It’s what drew him to pursue his career in hospitality, and it continues to drive him today as an industry innovator and the chef and owner of Edmonton’s MilkCrate. He is also a champion for mental health, launching his online platform MilkCrate Listens to encourage conversations about mental health within the food and hospitality industry.
Steven, an Alumni Association Advisory Committee member and a 2021 Alumni Award of Excellence recipient, continues to embody NAIT’s core values. We are proud to call him an Ook for life!
