The Botanic Garden’s Luminaria is one of Ed’s personal favourites. The illuminated pathways are serene, with the Japanese garden in particular offering a sense of tranquility and peace. As mesmerizing as the experience is, there’s something about it that is almost meditative, whether you wish on a star or light a candle for your loved one.
And you’re in luck! What’s normally an event that ends with the holidays, you can still visit on Thursdays through Sundays from January 14th – 31st. So go ahead, purchase your timed-entry tickets, sip your hot apple cider as you check out the light sculptures in the Aga Khan Garden, watch some live entertainment and maybe catch a snow sprite.
