This Cloverdale house is a bit of a local music legend
They say many a Folk Fest performer have walked off stage straight to this front door
Then the after-parties began
We mostly just think it's a great renovation
That's likely covered up party scars of yesteryear
Musicians get hungry, too
And they tend to come back once you feed them
It has an old-school third storey
And a unique bedroom layout
Nice of the renovators to make shower room for the plant
But the basement is where it all goes down
We'd party here today
And keep the music going outside
