November 22 to December 24 Nothing says the holidays in Edmonton quite like A Christmas Carol at the Citadel. David van Belle’s adaptation returns to the stage, continuing a beloved tradition in the city.
Light Up
November 28 to January 4 Zoominescence returns to the Edmonton Valley Zoo this winter. Local art and animal-inspired installations light up the zoo at night for this family-friendly event.
November 29 to December 21 Avoid the chaos of the malls and shop for something truly unique — and locally made. The Edmonton Christmas Market arrives at Fort Edmonton Park for three weeks of events, shopping and local eats.

December 4 to 31 Christmas Glow brings family-friendly interactive displays, live performances and holiday fun to the Expo Centre.

Five Voices, One Song
December 13 Edmonton Chamber Music Society presents Amarcord Vocal Ensemble at Robertson-Wesley United Church. The group brings incredible vocal range to everything from traditional folk songs to jazz and soul classics.
A Canadian Legend
December 13 Audreys Books presents Margaret Atwood in Conversation at the Edmonton Convention Centre. The iconic Canadian author stops in Edmonton on the tour for her new memoir, with a portion of proceeds going to the Edmonton Public Library.
