Come and pick up handmade Easter goodies and Mother’s Day gifts in Sherwood Park.
Wholly Handmade, the local handmade art and crafts market, is opening for a spring event. Over 100 local artisans and crafters are on display. Items include home decor, clothing and accessories, jewelry, pet products, gourmet food and more.
“I love seeing the passion that the artisans and crafters put into their work, as well as their creativity. Hearing their stories on how they got started and the processes they use really makes you appreciate the hard work they put into making their goods,” says Vanessa Antoniuk, producer of Wholly Handmade.
Antoniuk sees the spark in curated handmade goods, especially when it comes to gift exchange. She introduces every vendor on the Wholly Handmade event page, and believes that there is something for everyone at Wholly Handmade.
“Each Wholly Handmade market is unique, featuring a combination of repeat and new artisans to discover. I also enjoy knowing that these artisans are able to help their families by being able to showcase their products at a market filled with only handmade items.”
Take a tour of this local handmade extravaganza at 401 Festival Lane, Sherwood Park, on April 9th and 10th. Admission is free, and parking is free for the first 2 hours.
