Southgate is taking trick-or-treating outside! On October 31 from 12-3 p.m., you will be able to trick-or-treat your way through the Scare Zone (near Hudson’s Bay) and enjoy the candy stations and frightening photo backdrops. It’s all to the sounds of spooky music and frighteningly good food trucks!
