Bar Bricco
When late-night meal options aren’t limited to convenience stores and fast food, it’s a very good thing. The fact that you can pop into Bar Bricco for some of the best food in the city until 11 p.m. on a weeknight (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays) is wonderful, and its no-reservations policy means you always have a chance at snagging one of the 28 stools. Salumi and formaggi tasting plates, with perfectly crusty and soft homemade focaccia, are satisfying and great for sharing and, if you’re dreaming of that often-buzzed about egg yolk raviolo, you can get it here. Of course, if you’re looking for a nightcap, you have your pick of Italian wines, beer, grappa and cocktails. Intimate and dimly lit with the warm sounds of vinyl records and a buzzy energy, we can’t think of a better place to end the night. –Breanna Mroczek

Hanjan
The vibe in Hanjan is unapologetically fun – patio lights are strung across the high ceilings, and the two-storey space is filled with accents including patio umbrellas and a street lamp. There’s a private karaoke room, soju pitcher cocktails and a great selection of Korean dishes. The full food menu goes until 3 a.m. on weekends and midnight on weeknights – you can share ddukbokkiand soondae, or chow down on some Korean fried chicken with a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy sauce. –Adrianna MacPherson

Asian Express Hot Pot
If you want to keep the night going, hunching with friends over some bubbling broth is a good way to go. The hot pot experience is the ultimate in slow food; you choose from one of five broths, it goes on the burner in front of you, and you drop in meats and vegetables. You drop, wait for it to cook and eat. Recommended: Go with satay or the Tom Yum broths for the spice. -Steven Sandor
