The homeowners weren’t out looking for a new property when
they stumbled upon this extraordinary west-end home.
“We spotted the property when we were on a walk nearby and I
immediately got a showing,” the homeowner says. “We knew it had to
have a spectacular view.”
Calling this updated 1960s home a “house” feels like an
understatement. From its six-car garage to the second-floor mother’s
suite (“we call it Baba’s Penthouse,” the homeowner says) to the main
house itself, this property is truly in a league of its own. Each piece of

Stepping inside, it’s hard not to notice one gorgeous feature. Peer

renovation — tearing out flooring and fixtures, adding over 2,000
square feet to the home, and connecting the garage to the main home
