The traditional form of therapy isn't for everyone, but there are other ways to relieve stress. It's about finding comfort in the little things.

Reset. That’s the word floating around. The Big Reset. As if the world will restart and everything that happened this past year will disappear. We all know that won’t happen but if a reset is truly what you’re after, the Dreamcatcher Nature-Assisted Therapy ranch is waiting for you, just 30 minutes east of Edmonton.
The ranch offers a more holistic method of psychological therapy, where you can immerse yourself completely in nature. You’ll walk along the trails, and see the animals that live there. And starting this weekend, frontline workers will be allowed to spend time with the animals in their pens in order to decompress.
Check in with yourself, meet some therapy animals, and return refreshed and reset.
If you’re struggling and need help, call Edmonton’s 24-hour distress line at (780) 482-4357 (HELP) or 1-800-232-7288.
