You will focus on print and digital sales into Edify’s properties, as well as other publications. You will work on an existing list and will meet or exceed monthly sales targets by managing clients, prospecting new business and working collaboratively on a team. You will also take a lead role in growing the business to business portfolio, including sponsorships and custom publications.
- Strong prospecting and sales skills, experience in advertising sales is an asset;
- Excellent understanding of competitive advertising media;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-sell and present innovative, customized strategies to the best interest of the client;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and email programs
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage both external and internal coordination of production requirements;
- Team player along with ability to work autonomously;
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Reporting to the Publisher, primary duties involve extensive outside sales, client management and support activities. This is a challenging position that can bring significant reward to the right person.
