Building up Edmonton — it’s literally in this magazine’s name, and it’s how the people in the following pages live their lives. From joining (and then leading) a community league, making health care accessible to the homeless, providing food to (and from) people escaping war and making our music scene more worldly and vibrant, these remarkable people’s jobs are to help their fellow Edmontonians. And our job is to share their stories with you.
