Offering a twist on the typical toast you know and love, Josh Wilhelm and Joel Margolus have created a menu that fits breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Mediterranean is perfect for when you’re craving something filling and fresh. Toasted naan bread is heaping with fresh veggies, garnished with a bed of greens. The citrusy zing of made-in-house red lentil hummus and onion and lemon yogurt are what sets this toast apart.
Another stand-out is the Espresso + Chocolate Cream Cheese. It combines many different flavour profiles – but it works. The Raisin Nut Loaf and scattering of pistachios introduce savoury and salty tastes. Sweetness comes from a generous spread of creamy chocolate whip, espresso chocolate sauce and ripe blackberries. Finally, each bite is finished with a bit of spiciness from the bright pink peppercorns sprinkled over the toast.
If you love the classics, try the Avocado B.L.T. The base is a slice of Country Potato Loaf, which is soft yet sturdy enough to support the pile of savoury goodness loaded on top. A thick layer of house-made guacamole is topped with fresh tomatoes, crispy capicola and arugula.
Toast Culture sources fresh bread from Bon Ton Bakery and locally roasted coffee from Colombian Coffee Co.
