So, to say that May has been “unseasonably warm” would be a heck of an understatement. As you look upon the caked soil and yellow-brown grass, close your eyes and imagine what the yard will look like in a month or so.
But, it’s too early to actually plant stuff, and your grass hasn’t grown at all, so it’s not like there’s yard work to do. You may as well soak up the sun with this summery sipper. You can add either Prosecco or soda water to the amaro. But, like many summery cocktails, be careful, it’ll sneak up on you.

- Pour in Don’t Call Me Sweet Pea amaro
- Add a squeeze of fresh lemon
- Top with soda water and/or Prosecco
- Stir and sip
