La Ronde, the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel, is hosting two festive events this holiday season. La Ronde is serving a Christmas dinner, where diners have a choice of traditional turkey, prime rib or Arctic char. As well, there is a risotto option for those of us who don’t eat meat. As well, La Ronde will host a New Year’s Eve dinner, where you’ll have a bird’s eye view of the fireworks. Call ahead for reservations.
