Sure, when we have a few minutes to take a break, many of us reach for a chocolate bar. But the west-end chocolatier Ch. Cafeteria makes absolutely decadent milk, white and dark varieties that celebrate Mexican chocolate-making traditions.
While Michael Janz, the city councillor representing Ward Papastew says that all of the bars on offer at Ch. Cafeteria are “wonderful,” the peanut butter milk chocolate bar is his go-to.
“It’s the perfect mix of salty, sweet and smooth,” he says. “My only regret is that it doesn’t come in larger quantities.”
The bars are 120 grams each, and features 29 per cent milk chocolate, combined with peanut butter. For fans of a certain famous peanut butter cup that can be found in convenience stores around the world, the Ch. Cafeteria bar will be a revelation.
