Sure, that big Canadian doughnut chain has holiday offerings, but Destination Doughnuts takes the term “sweet treat” to the max. It has a series of special holiday offerings, but we’re intrigued by the Rum & Eggnog doughnut. It’s got an eggnog-based filling, and is covered in a Kraken rum caramel sauce. Also, this place gets mega bonus points for spelling “doughnuts” correctly.

You can’t take it home, but you can visit a fairy-tale land. You’ll get Frozen at Duchess Bake Shop‘s 124th Street Location. Arendelle Castle, the home of Elsa and Anna from the Disney classic, has been recreated in gingerbread and icing. Staff started the build… in August, when it was anything but frozen outside. When you visit, bring warm socks and accessories for the Bissell Centre. After all, something that celebrates the cold should bring us warmth, as well.
