Kin-D Thai Table
Winning Taste of Edmonton’s Outstanding Food Truck Award in 2023 and People’s Choice Award in 2024 proves this local food truck is a city-certified favourite. Kin-D Thai Table has been serving up staples since 2022, and their mango sticky rice is strikingly eye-catching. A light green scoop of rice and a diced mango go hand-in-hand for this fluffy dessert. Along with garlic shrimp rice bowls and tofu with satay sauce, this Thai food truck offers savoury, mouth-watering eats.

Oh For Food Sakes
Ahh, butter chicken. We all know and love it. After all, it’s a classic. For those who love the signature Northern Indian cuisine, this food truck takes the beloved dish and uses it to elevate other ingredients. Butter chicken spring rolls, poutine and dry ribs are all unique menu options. Those all sound absolutely delectable, yet we have our eye on the butter chicken taco.

Yella Kunafa
Making their debut in June, Yella Kunafa is a Palestinian-Canadian food truck serving up knafeh, a traditional Arabic treat. This golden, syrup-soaked treat layers crunchy phyllo with stretchy cheese for a dessert that’s rich, warm, the right amount of sweet and totally irresistible. You can either buy it individually (in small, medium, large) or by the kilogram for $50 — soft or crispy. Another option is the yella cup — strawberries with melted chocolate, lotus and pistachios. Look for its bright orange exterior and their friendly smiles.
Find them parked outside Tuoi Hac Golden Age Manor (12607 148 Ave NW) from Friday – Wednesday 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Instagram: @yella_kunafa
