Once Fraser has his hooks into his potential dining partner, he knows they’ll be impressed by the quality of the food. Kobachi claims that it’s the first Sherwood Park restaurant to partner with Ocean Wise, the program that ensures that seafood is ethically sourced. The focus is on simple sushi, sashimi and rolls; people should taste the fish, not all of the extra toppings.
