When Marc Carnes wants his favourite meal in Edmonton, he doesn’t have to travel far. Rigoletto’s is an Edmonton institution — it’s been serving Italian meals since 1986. But, the restaurant recently found a new home, in the old Alberta Hotel Building — and that’s just downstairs from the CKUA studios.
Carnes loves an old Rigoletto’s classic — the spicy notes of the Angel Hair Sergio.
“It’s as comforting as a home cooked meal, served up by amazing humans who make you feel at home when you’re dining there,” says Carnes.
