Odd Company Brewing, located in the Oliver Exchange building, is a place you first think of for beer, right? Well, in 2021, its Animal Burger won this magazine’s Burger Challenge, which was decided by you, the voting public. We’re not sure if Reed Clarke voted back then, but he’s giving the burger his ringing endorsement, now.
It’s not served with a side dish. But, do you really need a side. With two patties covered in OCB’s special sauce, it’s a meal on its own.
“It’s everything we at the Stingers are about,” Clarke says. “It’s a great value at $10, it’s got delicious flavour and it’s served in an amazing environment. The patio is almost a YEG institution.”
And, of course Clarke is getting a beer to go along with it — a half pint of Mandarina Sour, please.
