Ice cream flavours based on your favourite summer treats is the concept behind Kind Ice Cream’s July rotating flavours. The Ice Cream Truck series features orange creamsicle, cherry slush sorbet and Drumstick, and you need to try them before the month is over.
The Drumstick tastes — dare we say — better than the treat you’d normally pick out of a convenience store freezer. It’s made using a real vanilla bean base, chocolate freckles, crunchy peanuts and bits of sugar ice cream cone. The base is creamy and softens the bits of ice cream cone without making it soggy, and the nuts add the right amount of crunch.
Get your Drumstick ice cream in a waffle cone (Kind Ice Cream makes them in-house) or we recommend a cup if it’s an especially scorching day.
