The Colombian Coffee Bar & Roastery has recently launched a pop-up coffee truck, The Coffee Mule. You can find the truck on the weekends in locations that are announced on its Instagram page. It serves a selection of over a dozen drinks, including hot and cold specialty coffees, hot chocolate and chai latte. The truck can be usually spotted at Grant Notley Park, at the top of Victoria Park parkway, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., from Thursday to Sunday.

Get a fix for your taco cravings on your next walk in the river valley. The latest addition to Edmonton’s food truck scene, Street Tacos will be popping up at the Edmonton Royal Glenora Club parking lot in the river valley, all summer long. It’s open every day, except Monday. Street Tacos uses authentic recipes brought straight from Mexico. You can choose between chicken, pork, beef and vegan tacos.
