The Holiday Apple Martini

This fruity yet herbaceous cocktail is a mix of sweet and savoury, perfect for sipping near the fire while celebrating the season.

Holiday Apple Martini Recipe

Ingredients

• Rosemary and green apple, muddled
• One dash cinnamon
• 10 ml St. Germain liqueur
• 20 ml cognac
• 20 ml Jack Daniel’s Honey whiskey
• 20 ml Maker’s Mark whiskey
• 15 ml honey
• 15 ml lime juice
• 60 ml apple juice

Instructions

1. Muddle a sprig of rosemary and a few apple chunks with a dash of cinnamon.
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Shake and pour into a martini glass
4. Garnish of a rosemary sprig, cinnamon, and apple slice
