Rosemary and green apple, muddled
One dash cinnamon
10 ml St. Germain liqueur
20 ml cognac
20 ml Jack Daniel’s Honey whiskey
20 ml Maker’s Mark whiskey
15 ml honey
15 ml lime juice
60 ml apple juice
Muddle a sprig of rosemary and a few apple chunks with a dash of cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients – shake and serve with a garnish of a rosemary sprig, cinnamon, and apple slice.
