This fruity yet herbaceous cocktail is a mix of sweet and savoury, perfect for sipping near the fire while celebrating the season.

- Rosemary and green apple, muddled
- One dash cinnamon
- 10 ml St. Germain liqueur
- 20 ml cognac
- 20 ml Jack Daniel’s Honey whiskey
- 20 ml Maker’s Mark whiskey
- 15 ml honey
- 15 ml lime juice
- 60 ml apple juice
Muddle a sprig of rosemary and a few apple chunks with a dash of cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients – shake and serve with a garnish of a rosemary sprig, cinnamon, and apple slice.
